Warehouse hiring event in Pittsburgh this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Pittsburgh is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
