Warehouse hiring event in Pittsburgh this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Pittsburgh is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
