Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Phoenix is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
