Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Phoenix, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
