Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week (update)

A distribution centre near Phoenix is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
