Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week - first time posting

A logistics company in Phoenix is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 25 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
