A distribution centre near Phoenix is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
