Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week after 3 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Phoenix, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
