Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor

A logistics company in Phoenix is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
