Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week - 7 weeks in

A distribution centre near Phoenix is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
