Warehouse hiring event in Phoenix this week - 24 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Phoenix, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 24 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
