Warehouse hiring event in Omaha this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Omaha is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 6 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
