Warehouse hiring event in Omaha this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Omaha is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 4 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
