Warehouse hiring event in Omaha this week

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Omaha, with day and night shifts. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
