Warehouse hiring event in Omaha this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Omaha, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
