Warehouse hiring event in Nashville this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Nashville, with day and night shifts. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
