Warehouse hiring event in Nashville this week - 7 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Nashville, with day and night shifts. I worked as a social media manager before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
