Warehouse hiring event in Nashville this week - 7 months and counting

A distribution centre near Nashville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
