Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Minneapolis is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
