Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week, paralegal here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
