Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 16 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?
