Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
