Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
