Warehouse hiring event in Minneapolis this week - 5 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. I worked as a mechanic before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
