Warehouse hiring event in Milwaukee this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Milwaukee, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
