Warehouse hiring event in Milwaukee this week (update)

A logistics company in Milwaukee is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
