Warehouse hiring event in Milwaukee this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Milwaukee is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
