Warehouse hiring event in Milwaukee this week - 3 weeks in

A distribution centre near Milwaukee is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
