Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Memphis is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
