Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week, warehouse supervisor here

A distribution centre near Memphis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Thank you in advance. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
