Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week (update)

A distribution centre near Memphis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
