Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week, mechanic here

A distribution centre near Memphis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
