Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Memphis, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
