Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week after 17 years as a sales associate

A logistics company in Memphis is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
