Warehouse hiring event in Memphis this week after 16 years as an office manager

A distribution centre near Memphis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as an office manager before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
