Warehouse hiring event in Little Rock this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near Little Rock is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
