Warehouse hiring event in Little Rock this week - 25 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Little Rock, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
