Warehouse hiring event in Knoxville this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Knoxville is adding people before the busy season. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
