Warehouse hiring event in Knoxville this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Knoxville is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
