Warehouse hiring event in Knoxville this week (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
