Warehouse hiring event in Knoxville this week (Knoxville)

A logistics company in Knoxville is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
