Warehouse hiring event in Knoxville this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
