Warehouse hiring event in Kansas City this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
