Warehouse hiring event in Kansas City this week - 14 months and counting

A logistics company in Kansas City is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
