Warehouse hiring event in Jacksonville this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Jacksonville, with day and night shifts. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
