Warehouse hiring event in Hartford this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Hartford, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
