Warehouse hiring event in Hartford this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Hartford, with day and night shifts. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
