Warehouse hiring event in Hartford this week

A distribution centre near Hartford is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
