Warehouse hiring event in Fresno this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Fresno is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
