Warehouse hiring event in Fresno this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Fresno, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
